We are a leadership development and organizational consulting firm dedicated to aligning business development strategies with leadership development goals and corporate culture.
For more than 25 years, RVB Associates has developed 500+ leaders inside Fortune 100 companies, global enterprises, and the U.S. Department of Defense. Our clients don't come to us for generic training — they come when the stakes are high and the work has to last.
RVB Associates was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that when leaders reach their full potential, their organizations follow. We partner deeply with our clients — understanding their unique context, challenges, and goals — to design and deliver transformative experiences that last.
At the core of our work is a focus on Cultures of Voice — the kind of open, honest, and courageous organizational environments where leaders and teams can perform at their best. We diagnose, design, and sustain these cultures through research-backed methodology and genuine human partnership.
The principles that inform everything we do — every engagement, every conversation, every recommendation.
Every framework and tool we use is grounded in empirical research, including our own original studies on voice and silence in organizations.
We don't just deliver services — we build relationships. We invest deeply in understanding your context before recommending a path forward.
We tell leaders what they need to hear, not just what they want to hear. Real development requires honest, courageous conversations.
We design for the long term. Our goal is to build internal capability so that organizations continue to grow and improve after our engagement ends.
We believe the quality of an organization is ultimately the quality of its people and the quality of the relationships between them.
Everything we do is tied to measurable business outcomes. Leadership development is not a soft initiative — it drives real performance.
Experienced practitioners, researchers, and coaches committed to your organization's success.
