Effective collaboration among team members can be the engine that drives a company to success. One of the biggest challenges any team faces is the fact that a team comprises individuals – with unique personalities, egos and idiosyncrasies.
The RVB Associates approach to team development starts with individual coaching to identify behaviors, actions and other obstacles that may get in the way of optimal collaboration. Then, the entire team is presented with ideas for how best to harness the collective persona and employ it to the company’s best advantage. Our team development workshops are tailored to the specific needs of each team and its role within the organization. Specific emphasis is placed on recognizing groupthink, and on highlighting a team’s assets and liabilities in a way that produces results.
