Mark Sato | RVB Associates

Mark combines over 20 years of hands-on management experience in the financial services, healthcare, and software industries with equivalent years of leadership development and training success.  Clients – ranging from executives who want to improve their business units to managers in training sessions - consistently state that Mark understands their work world, doesn't waste their time, is engaging and entertaining.  Most importantly, he helps them take practical actions to improve.

Mark has held management and training management positions at Franklin Templeton, Kaiser Permanente, and Oracle Corporation, and holds certifications with top coaching, communication and performance management providers.   He has global leadership training experience working with managers in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America, as well as extensive virtual facilitation design and delivery experience.  He earned an MBA from California State University, Hayward (East Bay) in Management and calls the San Francisco Bay Area home.

James E. Stefanchin | RVB Associates

Jim Stefanchin is a skilled leader of change with over 22 years of experience in management, leadership development, and training analysis in technologically complex environments.  Experienced in airline operations, Jim has conducted over 4000 hours of pilot instruction in classroom and simulator environments.  He has collaborated with external agencies in matters pertaining to mishaps and system failures, and evaluated the effectiveness of engineering orders and directives for Fokker, Airbus, Gulfstream, and Lockheed Martin aircraft.  As a former member of the U.S. Air Force Reserve, and a current active duty Marine, he has held multiple technical, operational, and flight related positions.  His recent accomplishments include:

  • The design, implementation, and management of a SharePoint intranet knowledge management system for 14 occupational fields serving over 36,000 Marines, Sailors, and Civilians
  • Development of change proposals resulting in budgetary savings in excess of $500,000
  • Design and codification of organizational policies, processes, and metrics to support the yearly production of approximately 2500 technically trained personnel
  • Leadership of nationally dispersed teams of subject matter experts contributing to multi-million dollar training contracts

Jim is currently serving within the Naval Air Systems Command.  His program management responsibilities include the analysis of advanced aviation training systems, strategic acquisitions, life-cycle and concurrency management.  Projects include simulation acquisition, international simulator networking, and development of IT architectures capable of supporting advanced technologies.  Additionally, Jim is an Assistant Professor in the University of Maryland’s University College, Department of Business and Management Studies.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, with minors in both management and safety.  He is an FAA single and multi-engine pilot, an advanced instructor, an airframe and power-plant mechanic, and holds an undergraduate certificate in Aviation/Aerospace safety.  Jim earned a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Development from The George Washington University.  Currently, he is a Doctoral student at GWU studying managerial and organizational cognition.

Christine Mockler Casper | RVB Associates

Her methodologies enable and inspire project leaders and sales managers to help their organizations achieve world-class results. She has personally trained over 40,000 individuals at over 450 leading corporations across the world. Her training seminars have been delivered to over 400,000 business professionals. She has trained entire organizations on the Project Management Process.

Dr. Nancy Brodsky has worked for over 25 years with individuals, teams, and organizations in consulting, coaching, facilitation, and learning/training services.  She works with boards and senior leadership teams to collaboratively define their strategic priorities, vision, and culture, with an emphasis on building alignment and commitment throughout the organization. She provides executive and leadership coaching; chartering, facilitating, and coaching teams; individual and organizational learning; and training in leadership, organizational effectiveness, change management, and facilitation. Nancy also works with individuals and organizations to develop skills in effective communication–dealing with difficult situations and conflict, building on differences, and becoming reflective practitioners.

Nancy has worked with a broad range of for-profit and nonprofit organizations within the human resource, pharmaceutical, financial, consulting, healthcare, government, education, manufacturing, social service, telecommunications, and airline industries. Some of her clients have included: Accenture, Comcast, DuPont, Fidelity Investments, Foundation for NIH, GE and GE Capital, GlaxoSmithKline, Tufts University, and the US Departments of Energy, Education, and Environmental Protection, among others.  

Nancy holds a B.A. from Tufts University and Ed.M. and Ed.D. degrees from Harvard University, focused on organizational behavior, counseling and consulting psychology, and teaching, curriculum, and learning environments.
